Milan graduated from Košice Technical University in 1991 and as a result of his extraordinarily analytical way of thinking, has made his way to the commercial banking sector (VUB – member of Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit bank, SLSP – member of the ERSTE Group).
He has significantly contributed to the creation of the internal processes of several banks through programming tools supporting financial analytics and financial projections, including evaluation of businesses. Milan’s strength lies in gathered experience in enterprise debt financing and enterprise debt restructuring. He is the author of several methodological and IT solutions in the areas of managerial accounting, internal plant control, financial analysis, financial projections, budgeting of fixed cost and expenses, profitability analysis, cost and expenses and their functions, exchange variations and many more.
In 2000, Milan joined Embraco (part of Whirlpool corp.) In 2006, he became a partner in the consulting company Runa Finance and in August 2010, Milan left Runa and decided to establish LIMBA, his own consulting firm.
Milan’s technical background and analytical thinking have prepared him to be on permanent outlook for logical relations. Within Trinity Partners, Milan and his team are responsible for the financial projections, analytics and controlling of projects in the Legacy Investment Funds portfolio. He speaks Slovak and English.
