Martin graduated from the Bratislava University of Economics in 2006 with a focus on financial management. After graduation, he started in the commercial banking sector where he worked his way up from private banker to branch director of Tatra Banka. In 2011, he began working for the auditing firm Consultatio. In 2014, he accepted the challenge of managing SL SLOVAKIA, a machinery company in a seriously distressed situation. As Chairman of the Board and CEO, he has proven his capabilities and revived the ESSEL brand. The company became a part of Legacy Investment Funds
portfolio in 2019.

Martin’s collective past experiences in team leadership, accounting and financial analysis, and crisis management make him an indispensable part of Trinity Partners. Martin is a direct and honest manager with a fair approach who is always looking for synergies.

Martin joined Trinity Partners in 2018 and together with his team are responsible for the post acquisition management of companies and their implementation into the Legacy Investment Funds. He speaks Slovak and English.
